Join a Personality Development Program (PDP)

Often it happens that the personal motivation is not enough to improve your spoken English capability. the person might be putting his or her best efforts, but as a matter of fact, no one can carry on practicing alone. Everyone needs a friend or a group of friends to communicate and discuss in English. So today I am going to discuss a very effective way to tackle this subtle issue, we have PDP to the rescue.

Personalty Development Program or PDP in short are courses which work on improving your overall personality. It includes everything that is a part of a person's personality, like

1. Speaking in English
2. Use of proper accent
3. The way to communicate properly
4. Removal of hesitation
5. The way to present and express yourself appropriately.

These Courses could be taken in almost any city. Infact many students take these courses before gearing up for interviews for jobs.

I would like to emphasize that, though these courses are very helpful, but still the efforts are required from the individual, or else your money spent on these courses will go waste.

The main advantage of these courses are:-

• Presence of a good teacher who can guide you properly.
• A group of students to which you can communicate.
• A feeling of competition that builds up automatically as the course proceeds. This helps in putting more efforts and enjoying the learning process.
• Use of proper techniques by these PDP course propviders which help in faster and effective learning.
• Removal of hesitation, as the students who join the course are usually of the same level. So there is no hesitation in communicating in English.
• The person gains confidence, and enjoys the learning path with the use of English quizzes and English games.
• Mock rounds, in which the person is supposed to stand up and speak in English on some topic for a particular amount of time.
• A final evaluation, which is helpful in knowing the level of improvement attained.
• Group Discussions, in which the persons are given a topic, and they are supposed to discuss on it.
• Improvement of vocabulary by constant communicating with the teacher and the students. 
• Etc.

The only drawback of this is that:-

•  You have to spend money for it, as these courses are usually not free.

The list of advantages of PDP for improving spoken English and personality are immense. The only requirement is the patience and hard work to get that feeling of confidence.
